Hi Range Media is a full service media team offering photography & videography for all of life's events! From weddings to parties to helping businesses capture the media they need, the Hi Range Media team is passionate about helping others and building relationships through their craft!
MEET ROMMEL
OWNER & LEAD CONTENT CREATOR
Rommel started his career in creative media after his friends gifted him his first camera for his 21st birthday. He began establishing a team of professionals during the pandemic to shoot photos and video for local businesses, event celebrations, and weddings all across Oʻahu. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 2022 and now plans to expand his business to neighbor islands and across the continental United States. His photos have been published in magazines within the Honolulu Community College as well as Miss Bikini Model Search Magazines. Rommel is also a part-time trumpet player for the 111th Army Band where he performs musical genres such as jazz, big band, marches, and classical music.

MEET TOBI
LEAD PHOTOGRAPHER
Tobi started photography in 2014 by taking a photography class in highschool. Inspired by the local photographers of the time, he started out doing adventure photography. He started doing professional photography alongside Rommel during the pandemic for weddings and various events. Besides doing photography, he is a freelance clarinetist, judoka, and loves to surf.
MEET EVAN
DP & ASSISTANT VIDEOGRAPHER
Evan Fujimoto was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii where he spent his entire life in a creative medium. He graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, summa cum laude, and sadly never used it since. He became interested in film production during his last year in college and upon graduation, began working as a freelance filmmaker and photographer with local businesses such as Aoki Group restaurants, Hawaii Baptist Academy, Okuhara Foods, and more. Also certified as a licensed drone pilot with the FAA, he has been able to incorporate aerial photography into his storytelling style.
MEET EDDIE
ASSISTANT PHOTOGRAPHER
Eddie started photography in 2014 with the inspiration of many local artists. Film photography was the beginning of his journey and was the added fuel to the fire to take things seriously. Through the years, Eddie has shot a variety of things such as weddings, first birthdays, and other special occasions. As a part of the Hi Range Media team, Eddie has spent most of his time as an assistant and photographer and is continuously practicing his craft along side other talented professionals. When Eddie isn’t shooting photos, he’s cooking up some delicious meals for the Hi Range Media crew to stay full and happy!
MEET PRESTON
ASSISTANT PHOTOGRAPHER
Photography started for Preston right after high school, after saving $1000 for his first camera. With the right gear acquired, the real challenge for Preston was finding a group of skilled, innovative, and like-minded artists who he felt compelled to shoot with. “Thanks to Tobi, Rommel, and the rest of the members of Hi Range Media, I finally feel motivated and comfortable to refine my skills in digital art!”
Fun Fact: Preston had just received his Commercial Pilot license but is still working to earn his Commercial Drone license.
MEET JOMAR
ASSISTANT VIDEOGRAPHER
Inspired by many friends, Jomar took photography serious towards the end of 2018. Taking photos on trips of friends, food and other things gave him experience, knowledge and confidence. Jomar took on a challenge by becoming a student staff photographer for the UH Bands at sporting and concert events. As a Hi Range Media photographer, videographer and an assistant, Jomar has helped on commercials for local businesses, event celebrations, first birthdays, celebrations of life, and weddings all across O’ahu. Aside from photography and videography, Jomar's hobbies include weightlifting, basketball, fishing, and having fun with friends.
MEET ENZO
LEAD PHOTOGRAPHER
Enzo, also known as Issei, is a Hawaii-born photographer with a vibrant spirit and a touch of Japanese influence from his formative years. His photography journey was ignited in 2013 when a gifted DSLR sparked a passion, leading to partnerships with brands like Mightykillers, Black Point Co., Swamis Swimwear, Uniqlo, and Fujiyama Texas. Known for his easy-going nature and humor, he effortlessly builds connections as he creates captivating art. Off-camera, Enzo enjoys surfing, skating, and exploring film photography, alongside his two adorable cats, Mona and Gin-chan. Each frame he captures is creatively grounded and professionally casual, reflecting a life well-lived, full of joy and rich in experiences.
